| Get a webpage, make it look good ....advertise whatever it is you wish to sell .....take the customers' money and use it to buy the inventory (or make it if you are so skilled) ....ship merchandise to customer eventually, you know, after you received their money, bought the merchandise (or made it, as applicable), taken your cut, and received merchandise from wherever (or finally got around to finish fabbing it) rinse, repeat From what I have observed in my limited Z32 perspective, there should be enough idiots out there to keep your business afloat, maybe you will even get lucky and have a reputable shop prop you up with a bulk order (assuming you can make anything on your own).
